CNC 2D curve chair

finally my 2D curve chair is now finished, it has taken me weeks and weeks of development to perfect this construction method that i have developed myself. it all started when i decided to look into pushing the boundaries of what can be made on a 2 axis CNC router. it is very easy to spot a design made using this technique but i believed that this doesn't need to be the case, so i developed a technique to cut plywood so that it then becomes flexible but once bent into shape becomes very strong. unfortunately i cannot go into more detail into this technique due to fear of it being copied, as i would like to take this idea further before i fully revealing it.

what really sells this technique is that one off designs can me made very quickly start to finish in under an hour. with very little cost, especially compared to how much it would cost to laminate plywood to form the same complicated curved angles.
